Expanding the Dream Budget Ballot:

  
 

     Instructions: Check the appropriate boxes. You may return your ballot to the church by one of the following methods: 1) Mail-- 201 N. Oak St, Hinsdale, IL 60521; 2) Fax--630-323-5755; 3) Drop it in the offering plate or in the box marked “ballots” at the resource center; 4) Visit www.hsdac.com and choose the “Expanding the Dream” tab to submit your ballot electronically; 5) Email a scanned copy to office@hsdac.com. In order for ballots to be included in the voting process, they must be received at the church by midnight, August 27. Voting results will be published in the August 30 and September 6 church bulletins.

Cast your vote for either “1" or “2"

1.     I vote “yes” on the proposed budget                                                   

2.     I vote “no” on the proposed budget and would like to have the church members meet to discuss the proposed budget in a specially called business meeting

 

   I will pray for the ministries and financial health of our church

   I want to help our church move from “surviving” to “thriving” through my faithful financial support of our local church budget

   I am a member of the Hinsdale Seventh-day Adventist Church

   I am not a member but want to support the vision and mission of HSDAC
