The following services are provided through our church:

Wedding Director
 

The Wedding Director is the initial contact between the weeding couple and the church. She will meet with the couple to discuss confirmation of date, statement of fees, wedding guidelines, wedding party, order of service and responsibility of each participant. She will also meet with the bride and/or her personally selected Wedding Coordinator to do a "walkthrough" of the facility. Additionally, she will arrange for a Deacon and Sound Technician. She will be available for up to two hours for the rehearsal, and up to four hours for the wedding to oversee details as necessary.

Deacon

A Deacon will be available to unlock and lock doors for the rehearsal and wedding. He will control the lights and temperature of the facility, move furniture and help arrange the platform as necessary. He will report on the condition of the premises as it relates to the return of the deposit or portion thereof. Additionally, he will be available up to two hours for the rehearsal, four hours for the wedding, and two hours if the Fellowship Hall is used for the reception or rehearsal dinner.

Sound Technician

The Sound Technician will be available to set up and run the sound system for both rehearsal and the wedding service. He will be at the church one hour before the wedding. Additionally, he will be available for up to two hours at the the rehearsal and two hours on the wedding day.
